If you wish to sign up to any of our PhunkyFoods programmes, it is necessary for you to accept our terms and conditions.
Please note that by accepting these terms and conditions, you are agreeing to pay the following costs–
1 year programme - Primary Curriculum £295 per year
or
1 year programme - Early Years Curriculum £195 per year
or
1 year programme - Special Needs Curriculum £275 per year
All costs are payable in one single payment in advance. This programme does not give you any right of cancellation and if, for whatever reason, you decide to withdraw from the programme, no refund will be payable.
When registering you are required to specify the start date from the following options.
Current Year- Your programme commences on the date of receipt of your payment and will expire at the end of that academic year.
Next Academic Year- Your programme commences on the 1st August coming and expires at the end of that academic year.
£99 updates - payable by one single payment in advance. This programme does not give you any right of cancellation and if, for whatever reason, you decide to withdraw from the programme, no refund will be payable.
All payments that are made to Purely Nutrition for the PhunkyFoods programme and are made on the understanding that the PhunkyFoods programme runs from academic year to academic year.

This programme does not give you any right of cancellation and if, for whatever reason, you decide to withdraw from the programme, no refund will be payable. You agree that this financial liability represents agreed liquidated damages, not a penalty, which reflects that a significant element of the costs of delivering your programme are incurred by us in its early stages.
