Active Families - Spring
Below are our family fitness challenge ideas, designed to get your family working together to be more physically active. Each week there's a different theme, including some strength and balance activities, some speed and agility ideas, sports, play, as well as calming stretching and balance activities - a little something for everyone!

Do a daily 10-minute family activity of your choice (walking, dancing, ball games, skipping)

Explore a local park or try a nature scavenger hunt
